We are looking for a passionate and committed Customer Happiness Agent to join our growing team. If you like solve problems and hard work, this job is for you.
This is a hands on role where you will be working alongside enthusiastic and creative people.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Give support to Mi Refacción customers through all of our communication channels.
Track purchase incidences (Changes, returns and guarantees processes) using current and new tools that facilitates this mission.
Provide new insights for documentation on new or existing processes.
Participates in special projects as assigned to, or proposed by Operations Area.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
1-2 years experience in similar charge.
Agile Solving Incidences (correct answer, optimally, in the shortest time).
Proactive and committed.
With discipline as life’s statement.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Medium-high english level.
Taste for improving current processes.
