The objective of a Debt Collection Manager is to manage the operation of collection and recovery strategies of the Kueski client portfolio as well as the management of talent in the Revenue Maximization team.
Collaborate with the Credit Risk area in finding the best collection and recovery strategy for Kueski products.
Generate delinquency prevention strategies.
Implement collection and recovery tools (dialer, blaster, SMS, mailing, D2D).
Own the management of the credit cycle of Kueski products.
Manage performance indicators of the area.
Support the revenue maximization team in managing negotiation with difficult clients.
Generate information reports for different stakeholders.
Manage the talent of the Revenue Maximization team.
Develop recommendations and / or proposals for executive management review.
Anticipate and resolve the problems / issues that could impact the success of assigned responsibilities and manages conflicting objectives.
3-5 years of experience in collections and recovery of consumer credit products.
Experience in leading the entire process of recovery of consumer credit products from portfolios in arrears to portfolios in extra judicial process.
Experience managing collection agencies.
