About the position:
Data Analyst will be responsible for structure, cleaning, and analyzing large amounts of data to create and communicate insights, which aids every area in understanding their data and take decisions.
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience.
Basic knowledge in probability and statistics
Describe, project and prescribe decisions based on data analysis.
Use statistical data to identify and group distinct clusters according to their behaviours (related to payments, application, recurrence, etc.).
Point out specific areas of opportunity based on customers’ behaviours across all of Kueski’s product offerings in order to maximize revenue.
Work in conjunction with other areas in order to develop strategies, models, as well as any sort of analysis that could help Kueski to identify opportunities.
Strategies Results Maximization
Assist on design, testing and implementation of new strategies.
Actively participate in all the projects related to Finance, Product, Marketing, HR, CS, and Fraud prevention improvements.
Continuously improve analytical methodologies, insights and tools to drive best performance.
Metrics and Communication
Create metrics and KPI’s to track strategies.
Work with business partners and other areas in the company to refine and improve data sources.
Communicate Insights about the decisions being made, company outcomes, and recommendations to improve our KPIs.
Advanced MS Knowledge (Excel & PP), SQL and R Knowledge, including MySQL and Postgresql (proficient), Good writing skills to prepare detailed reports, Analysis and synthesis of information, Ability to persuasively present insights to different groups, Ability to partner with operational and finance teams at all levels, A/B testing, Ability to analyze, interpret and explain statistical data to develop strategies and generate a course of action, Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to interact efficiently with technical and non-technical groups, English (written advanced)
