Should have at least 3 – 6 years of SAP SD experience, configuration knowledge with
minimum one end-to-end Implementation and two support projects
Domain expertise in Sales and Distribution
Should have thorough knowledge on Sales Order Management, Logistic Execution, Pricing,
Credit Management, Availability check, Revenue recognition, Credit/Debit Memo
Processing, Sales Returns, Free of charge delivery, Intercompany, STO, Billing
Working experience on RICEFW realization
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills
Handling incident, service requests and problem tickets in SAP SD
Handling change request in SAP SD – functional design, working with developers for
solution, testing and release. Experience in RICEFW realization
Ability to do configuration, master data changes, end-to-end process flow
Bachelor Degree in Business management /Marketing and Sales
