In case of any inconvenience in the manufacturing equipment from the software side, the problem is verified, and provide a solution. Initiate the CERT/CSI process in case of problems affecting production in the factories. Account management for applications used in MFG FE at ATMC, CHD and OHT factories. Direct contact with customers through various communication tools in real time to fastest response and resolution. Maintenance of the internal Content Manager portal.

Bachelor degree in computer Science or related careers. At least one year of experience in a position related to customer service.
